Chocolate Mint, Fresh Mint Herb, Chocolate Flavor

In all but the coldest parts of the Southeast, chocolate mint is a perennial that goes dormant during the winter months. It prefers full sun, and filtered/part sun during the hottest times of Summer. Chocolate mint lives up to its name, and does indeed have a light chocolate flavor with an intense classic mint flavor! This would be so delicious in hot chocolate, as a tea, in brownies, puddings, cookies, or used to flavor ice cream.
